You may request an illustration from your advicer whenever our firm provides you with information specific to the amount you want to borrow following assessment of your needs and circumstances.

Insurance- We will advice or make a recommendation for Term /Life Assurance, Critical Illness Cover, Income Protection, Family Income Benefit, Business Insurance, Private Medical Insurance, Whole of Life, and General Insurance (including Buildings (home) Insurance, Contents Insurance, landlord's Insurance, and Tenant's Insurance).
Mortgages - A fee of up to 1 % of the loan amount, for our service in relation to mortgage advice and process. This is payable via an upfront fee of £150 on application, and the balance on receipt of the mortgage offer. We will also be paid a commission from the lender. For example: for a mortgage of £100,000 the fee we charge will not exceed £1,000. The maximum fee we will charge on any mortgage application will not exceed £2500. We will confirm and agree any fee with you in writing via a personalized fee agreement prior to commencing any work. You will also receive an illustration when considering a particular mortgage, which will confirm details of any fees relating to it
Refund of fees - If we charge you a fee, and your mortgage does not go ahead, you will receive: No refund if you decide not to proceed with the mortgage following receipt of an offer.
